Training Logs

I am a nut about my training logs. To me it is important to keep track of what I do because it helps to be able to look back and see what works and what doesn't. Tracking also gives a sense of accountability- which is also important. I log my workouts on RunningAhead (I used to on Dailymile as well). I now also log on Strava as of Summer 2016.
